All artwork is for Personal Use unless commercial usage is purchased. (Additional fees will apply during purchase.)

All clients are strictly prohibited from using their commissioned artwork for Non Fungible Tokens (NFT), blockchain-related endeavours, AI Learning of any kind, or Crypto. This also applies to any future blockchain technologies.

If I discover that you promote, participate in, or utilise Non Fungible Tokens (NFT), blockchain and/or AI learning. I will refuse to work with you and will blacklist you from commissioning me in the future.

I reserve the right to decline and refuse any commission requests for any reason.

The style of commissions may change as my art style develops; be prepared for this when commissioning me.

This TOS is subject to change at any point in time. It's recommended to revisit this TOS before each time you choose to commission me.

All prices are listed in USD. Using Paypal (Pref), Wise (Pref) or Cashapp.

I require full payment upfront before I begin your commission. I do not accept holds or payment plans.

I do not issue refunds. I will only ever issue a refund if I am unable to fulfill the commission.

You may not cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received. However, you will still have the right to cancel your commission if you have not yet sent payment for it.

If you, the client, request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio. Rendering it a private commission, let me know upon commissioning.

Complexity fee for all artwork ranges between $10-$100 for all commissions.

If a commissioner wishes to buy Commercial use AFTER a commission, the prices are as follows; Streamer Commercial Use ($25 USD) and Merchandise Commerical Use ($60 USD).

Make sure you are providing all references needed for working on your commission that are clear with important design details.

In case you do not have a proper reference sheet, you can tell me via text about important details. There will be multiple WIPs provided to ensure all details are correct.

Colours and contrasts can be slightly altered due to the usage of blending modes in my artworks.

Turnaround time is between 5 days to 1 month (30 days) after I begin your commission. Time depends on the piece itself and queue length.

Rush orders, aka "skipping the queue', must be discussed and will come with an additional fee of $15 USD.

Speed of commissions depend on the position in the queue, further in the queue will constitute a longer wait time.

I will provide you with the sketch, and I will not continue until it's approved by the client. If you do not approve of the sketch, I will fix all issues.

I will provide multiple WIPs for Reference Sheets or Custom Designs.

WIPS are given upon request; you will automatically receive a WIP for the sketch and colour stage.

Please notify me if you are unhappy during the process. I want to provide art you enjoy. Do not hesitate to ask for something to change.

I will do all edits and changes during the sketch phase free of charge.

Major revisions should be made during the sketch phase.

Major revisions after the sketch phase is a $15 USD fee.

I will not make major changes after the piece is complete. Small edits such as; rearranging the artwork, changing the background colour or simply fixing small details are welcome.

I, the artist, retain all legal and artistic rights to the artwork itself, and may use it for my commission portfolio. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

I may use the artwork to; Promote myself and services, Post on social media and add to my portfolio, Create prints/merch (For fanart commissions only).

If a private commission was requested. I , the artist, will not to post the artwork, use it in my portfolio or use it for promotional material. Clients use of artwork must still credit me as the artist.

Purchasing art from me grants PERSONAL USE of your digital copy. This means you are prohibited from using the artwork to gain a profit without purchasing commercial usage.

Commissions are automatically non-commercial and may not be used for profit unless discussed and purchased for a commercial price.

I must be credited for my artwork regardless of where it is posted. If you are using it on Discord, you can add [Art Credits to @/Parznite] in your bio. If you are posting it elsewhere, you may tag or link back to me @/Parznite on Tumblr, Bluesky, Toyhouse and Twitter.

When purchasing a character design from me, you receive full rights for personal usage of the said design. This includes: making/commissioning artwork, fursuits, etc, using it as your sona; Alternating the design, reselling, trading, gifting.

You own all rights to the character provided. I will simply be credited for the initial design.

In case big changes were made to the original design, please credit me as a co-designer.

The design provided shouldn't be used for Commercial purposes without reaching out to me and discussing the matter.

Adopts are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the purchase being a digital file transfer. Once the full files are obtained, refunds are not permitted.

Once an adopt is purchased, all character rights are transferred to the owner of the design and Parznite is not responsible for the adopt's usage, just the characters inital design.

Breaking these rules will result in a public blacklist with proof.

Blacklisted individuals may NEVER commission me again and will be avoided.

The public blacklist will be shared with other artists to be aware.
